To allow all your hearts desires to express, I find that incredibly beautiful. To let it speak it’s truth. And to align your mind to your heart. Wow. What a gift that is. What a present that is.
And when you’re not there fully. To allow your mind to speak, to allow your heart to speak and then to feel the softness that comes after listening to both. What a present that is.
Duality. Heart and mind. To grow past the dual nature of reality. To grow past the dual nature of your heart and mind. To let them work in coherence.
To see my past self. To forgive my past self. To forgive my past self for having hurt people when speaking from the mind. When speaking from the pain. And calling it “trying to be truthful to myself” Powerful, yes. Painful, yes.
To go go go and keep going. To keep expressing your truth, to keep moving through all the pain of the mind so that you may discover what lies behind it.
Love. Pure, unconditional love. For then you speak from the heart and no-mind resists it anymore. Freedom.
